Welcome to the 909 Washington Design Center. We are happy to provide this web-based option selection tool designed specifically for you. This innovative service allows you to research, select and view in 3D, all of the options Terrapin Properties offers.

This will help our customers through the process of choosing finish options with the corresponding floor plans available in our residential developments. Select from the drop down menu a sample floor plan. By choosing the room you want to work in, you can view the finishes available.
