Once a department store, this 18-story redevelopment now includes multi-tenant commercial offices and first floor retail. The departure of the 7-story State Street department store dictated the reorganization of this building. The redevelopment provided competitive marketing standards with respect for the character of the 1911 structure.

Classic finishes were used in the re-designed Jackson Street lobby to reflect the original character destroyed in a 1950s "modernization." A new State Street lobby was created to provide access to the original department store elevators now used to reach new office spaces on the floors above.
