The prime design objective at One North Arlington was to create a distinctive structure at a lower cost for a prominent site in a suburban secondary market. The building's sawtooth plan was clad in precast panels of ribbed and exposed granite aggregate concrete and stepped back in a wedding cake profile to vary floor sizes for tenant flexibility in this 7-story, 187,000 square foot structure.

Finishes include polished and honed granite lobby walls and floors, stainless steel trim and custom stainless steel doors and frames.
