Terrapin Properties' principal Jake Geleerd, an owner of Sportsco, co-managed the acquisition and restructuring of SkyDome and served as President in 2000 and 2001. SkyDome is located in downtown Toronto and features a Renaissance Hotel, 151 luxury skyboxes and several restaurants, Hard Rock Café and many other operating businesses.

Home to the Toronto Blue Jays and Argonauts, it is recognized as the world's greatest sports and entertainment center.
