217 N. Jefferson is a 6-story 65,000 square foot office building located at the south-east corner of Jefferson and Fulton Streets in downtown Chicago. The main building has a heavy-timber frame with a mixture of solid exterior masonry, glass and tile curtain walls. It includes a 40-space parking lot which occupies 24,000 square feet.

This building includes the corporate headquarters of the Terrapin Group, which includes Terrapin Properties, Terrapin Law Group and Terrapin Realty.
