Ground-Breaking Ceremony at The Cherry Valley Club

08/04/04: ROCKFORD, IL — Terrapin Properties LLC broke ground today on the Rockford area's first gated condominium community, The Cherry Valley Club, introducing "country club living" to the booming Interstate 90 corridor.
