Ground-Breaking Ceremony at The Cherry Valley Club

ROCKFORD, IL (August 2004)—Terrapin Properties LLC broke ground today on the Rockford area's first gated condominium community, The Cherry Valley Club, introducing "country club living" to the booming Interstate 90 corridor.
