This 4-story building sits on 1.83 acres of land and is approximately 30,000 square feet. Restrictive zoning requirements on the long, narrow, heavily wooded site strongly influenced the design approach to this office building.

To minimize the impact of the structure on the forested area and exploit the natural environment to the project's benefit, the three 80' x 120' office floors are situated over the parking lot.

The 2-story glass lobby clearly identifies the building entry from the parking and is reflected in the subtle changes of the skin and penthouse enclosure to reinforce and integrate the entry volume with the structure.
