This retail center occupies a site with an existing food store anchor. A major retailer serves as a second anchor while retail shops are provided between the anchors and along a second street exposure. Multi-tenant retail outlet buildings complete the plan. A strong unifying theme of large and small scale pitched roof elements in a soft color palette tie the various pieces together and give the center a feeling of a small village.
