A major entry into a residential subdivision splits this commercial site. The small retail buildings are given a strong transitional character, sympathetic to the residences behind, through a masonry arcade and by breaking the façade down by a repeating two bay sign band element. Large fabric canopies and a painted ornamental metal tracing enliven the façade.
