This 4-floor condominium contains 52 units around a small lake. The building has enclosed parking and a two story entry lobby. The two bedroom units were designed to create corner exposures for each apartment; the project is highly articulated with three colors of plaster over a stone base, topped with a standing seam metal roof intended to give a picturesque European image.
