Terrapin Properties will be participating in an exciting new television program coming to Chicago in February. The program, designed to provide viewers with a snapshot of the newest, hottest developments that the city has to offer, premiered in Dallas to a tremendous response - over 350,000 potential homebuyers visited the program's web site in 2005 (where they can inquire about properties and link to the development web sites).
MetroSceneTV will air on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. on Fox beginning February 12th for 13 weeks. Terrapin, along with other prominent Chicago developers, will be featured in each of 13 episodes.
In each episode, Terrapin will have an approximately 3-minute segment. Each segment will address a different topic relating to The Residences at Grand Plaza, The Residences at Burnham Pointe, and Madison 901.
